Purchase Price of the Park was $ 580,000.00 and we arranged Seller Financing with 17% Down and No Credit Check as well as in the Buyers Business Name .
Payment on the Park is $ 4,000 Per Month and Current Income is $ 11,700 + so this Deal is Positive Cash Flow of $ 7,700 per Month . After Clean Up and Work we Expect to Double the Revenue .
